Terms and Conditions

Payment options

DataPartner Webshop accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. You can select the preferred option when entering the payment information. Credit card details are kept safe by secured SSL-form provided by Braintree Payments.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped on the following schedule:

Finland and Scandinavia 1 - 4 working days
Europe  3 - 10 working days
Countries outside Europe 5 - 10 working days

The software suite includes the right of use of the software, software package as a digital download or on a physical USB drive, manual, receipt and license key. For the Customers with active the maintenance agreement the suite also includes the software updates, one training attendance per user per year and user support.

Returning

DataPartner does not accept returns of the software. Every software suite is tailor-made for the customer with the license key and a USB-stick. If you want to evaluate the product before buying, please download a test version.

Support and Maintenance Services

The Maintenance Agreement is a yearly agreement between Customer and DataPartner related to Invest for Excel® Software.

The Maintenance Agreement entitles the Customer to receiving:

  • Software updates 
  • Training (one complimentary participation per user per year)
  • Support (by phone, email and online chat)

The software is constantly developed based on user feedback and to reflect changes in legislation and reporting standards. Updates introduce new functionalities, improvements to existing functionalities, additional supported languages and more. The agreement is renewed automatically unless it is withdrawn at least one month before the end of the agreement period.

For every software purchase, we include Maintenance Agreement, which costs annually 25% of the purchase price.
