The Maintenance Agreement is a yearly agreement between Customer and DataPartner related to Invest for Excel®, Invest for SharePoint or FinComp for Excel Software.
The Maintenance Agreement entitles the Customer to receiving:
- Software Updates & New Releases
- One complimentary training per user per year
- Support through HelpDesk (Phone & E-mail)
The software is constantly developed based on user feedback and to reflect changes in legislation and reporting standards. Updates introduce new functionalities, improvements to existing functionalities, additional supported languages and more. The agreement is renewed automatically unless it is withdrawn at least one month before the end of the agreement period.
For every software purchase, we include Maintenance Agreement, which costs annually 20% of the purchase price. The dues of the first year will be proportioned to the remaining amount of months in the current calendar year.
